3. My Personal Experiences
If you know my story, I have gone through 2 heart surgeries and many health challenges. I started this blog to document my journey. I have shared a lot of fitness tips and wellness advice from my doctors that worked for me.
For example, I have shared several times how after my open heart surgery, I gained weight and what helped me to lose 12 kg weight. I also shared why dieticians guided me to lose weight naturally with light exercise & major diet changes.
However, I always recommend contacting your doctor before making a major change in your diet & exercise routines.
