I generally don’t write about hair care or hair nutrition. But a sudden hair loss lately made me share my experience with you. I was like losing more than 100 hairs/day. It shocked me to the extent that I had to visit my doctor.

Following the doctor’s advice of trying Ayurvedic natural ways, improving diet, and changing my hair care products, I made it to stop my hair fall completely.

But during this horrible phase, while trying to find out the solution, I found hair problem is among the most common issues that the majority of people currently face.

What is the reason for Hair Fall?

This can be due to a variety of reasons, which makes it all the more important to ensure it is taken proper care of.

  • The stresses of today’s hectic life,
  • The ever-growing pollution in the air,
  • Using chemical-filled hair care products
  • Not giving proper nutrition to hair
  • Genetics and bad diet

All have a major impact on your hair, but hair care products have a direct impact on your hair to nourish or damage them. That’s why it leads to one stocking up on hair care products to handle the situation.
