#3. Endomorph
Endomorphs have a medium-large bone structure. If you are an endomorph, you are having a full figure, small shoulders, a round body, and shorter limbs.
You have more insulin sensitivity because of your physical makeup. Your body has a more fat percentage and little muscle mass. And you tend to store fat more easily than you burn for energy.
Your body is more vulnerable to diabetes, heart disease, cholesterol, and hypertension. But with little care and the right kind of diet and exercise, you can balance it.
