This modern time we belong to is advanced and fast. It came closer to us through social media but on the other hand, it introduced several mental health problems along with all its benefits. It’s high time we should watch your thoughts carefully and do an X-Ray of your thoughts periodically to stay mentally fit.
WATCH YOUR THOUGHTS FOR THEY BECOME WORDS.
These are only thoughts that become our WORDS AND THEN ACTIONS. They might play the role of your friends as well as your enemies.
Their nature of origin is the situation of your life. Nature means if they are negative or positive.
Though it’s quite natural to think positive in pleasant situations and negative in adverse situations, their nature can be changed, with your efforts and the right kind of attitude.
Situations may be adverse, but with hope, you can always make your thoughts positive.
If your thoughts are positive, you can move the mountains, on the contrary, if they are always negative, you may lose many opportunities and affect your mental health badly.
Therefore, it’s very necessary to watch them carefully, to do an x-Ray of your thoughts from time to time.
It’s totally up to you to change your thought and keep their nature peaceful.

X-ray of your thoughts
Doing time to time X-ray of your thoughts can save you from many adversities. It can change your life.
A person becomes what he thinks
Your attitude toward life will always affect your thoughts. For example, if you have a positive attitude towards life, a natural flow of positive thoughts will come out of yourself even in difficulties.
Suppose that you lose your job or face a serious loss in business and nothing is turning into your favour. It’s natural you turn into a negative personality. But, it’s not correct if you lose all hopes, or take the wrong decision like not putting your efforts furthermore or compromise with life.
On the contrary, a person having the correct attitude will always see its opposite side too and never compromise with life.
A correct attitude would make you perceive the other side of the picture as well.
Your thoughts are like then – what if I lose this job, something better is in my way, maybe it’s time to follow my passion and turn it into my profession, or even I have suffered a business loss, I choose efforts over compromise, hope over despair, etc.
Now think, which category you belong to or which one you want to belong to?
And therefore, in the process of doing an x-ray of thoughts, it can be concluded that
Right attitude = right thoughts.
Lesson 1 – Try to keep your attitude right, you will learn to think positive.
Are your thoughts productive?
To check whether you are right or wrong with your thoughts, one simple way is: ask yourself. Are your thoughts productive? Do they uplift your soul? Do they not stop you from following your dreams?
If the answer is yes, you are in the right direction.
Lesson 2 – Right thoughts are the thoughts that uplift your soul and inspire you.
On the contrary, any thought which is devaluing you, asking you to compromise can never be put under the right category of thoughts.
Thoughts affect your decisions
X-ray of your thoughts is also necessary because it significantly affects your decisions.
And one wrong decision = Bad life
One right decision = success, happiness, and a good life.
Lesson 3 – Whenever you are going to make a decision, it’s vital to imagine the different consequences of right and wrong thoughts.
Thoughts and situations are not directly proportional to each other
Let me tell you a story. This is the story of 2 friends- Mukul & Anu, studying in the same college. They have to appear for their last semester exams. Meanwhile, college placements also take place in college.
Mukul gets a campus placement in a good company and appeared for his semester exam. He could make it get the 3rd position in his class as well. He was happy and began to enjoy his life. But hardly one year after his joining, the company suffered a sudden loss and he had to lose his job. While he was searching for a new job, he felt utter hopelessness.
Surrounded by negative feelings, he keeps on blaming his luck,
“How unlucky I am, I lost all that I earned in just one year! It seems I am never going to get a good job again! Even if I get, what’s the guarantee that I would not lose my job again.”
He says, he is so unlucky!
On the other hand,
Anu met an accident while going to give the interview in her college placement program. She lost the opportunity and couldn’t give the exams either. In addition to losing her semester, she was prescribed for 6-month bed rest. She now has to revise the semester once again. If one has to narrate the story of Anu in a single sentence, she missed campus placement, had to go through physical pain along with emotional pain, and suffered the loss of her health also.
During the bed rest, when she was expected to cry over her life, she revived her hope and said,
‘ O God, thank you so much! Thanks for this new life! You saved me while I could have died. I will show gratitude by making the most out of my life. I would give my exams again and complete my semester!
She says she is lucky!
Now, tell me which category do you belong to or want to belong to?
Lesson 4 – You are not bound to think negative even if your situations are not in your favour. A hopeful person always sees good in all things and that makes his/her life better, happy and satisfied. Choose your category which you want to belong to. Ask yourself what you want to choose: hope or despair?
